Returns

You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at info@bazarchalo.pk. They will guide you through the process and provide you with a return shipping label. Please note that returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure that it meets the eligibility criteria. If the return is approved, we will process your refund.

Refunds

If your return is approved, we will refund the full purchase amount to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card company's processing time.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your item for a different size, color, or style, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order for the desired item. This will ensure the fastest and most efficient process for getting the item you want.

Exceptions

There are certain items that are not eligible for return or refund. These include perishable goods, custom products, personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, sale items, and gift cards.
